Ernie was so pleasant from the very beginning! He came over to our home and had us sample drinks for our wedding menu. So personable, considerate, and fun! Okay so I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with Ernie's work ethic and professionalism. Prior to my event he asked for some insight as to what kind of drinks I wanted to provide for my guests and he provided a list of everything I needed. Needless to say, he knew what he was doing and was well prepared prior to the event. He arrived 30 minutes early to set up and to get an idea of the layout, very impressed with that. I can appreciate that kind of punctuality and preparedness.
