Shame on you and shame on your company! After all of our issues with our LS install, a ruined trip, major, potentially life threatening issues, and major expensive repairs to get us back home safely, you said you would take care of us. Instead LS did the exact opposite. Said instead, too bad, you are on your own. The excuse being our (now out of business after ripping customers off and doing dangerous, shoddy installs) installers are independent contractors, OBVIOUSLY not vetted by LS and yall KNEW the installer had issues! Loose bolts, broken
bolts, improperly torqued bolts on major LS components, dangling unsecured ABS brake lines. All we asked for was reimbursement for the 2 major repairs to get us home. We didnt ask for reimbursement for the rental car while we were stuck in Bristol, CT for 9 days getting repairs, the non refundable camp site reservation deposits, the cracked propane valve caused by banging down the road with no suspension or compensation for a ruined trip of a lifetime. All we asked for was reimbursement for 2 large repair bills, 1 of which was to correct potentially life threatening LS mechanical failures. So for the amount of $4100, LS decided to toss us to the curb and say too bad. I will do everything in my power to generate as many negative reviews as I can, as many places as I can, so current and potential new customers know that while LS might be an expensive but great product, they will do nothing and are not accountable if something goes wrong. I WILL sing the praises of CT Motorcars and their professional staff for identifying and correcting potentially life threatening issues from the original, NON VETTED installer.
