No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. They were so nice when they came for repair facia and they have given me warranty to call back in case anything happened. After a week later I found facia was coming out again and I called them back to schedule to repair properly as it was coming off in a week. They assured me to return back to me and even told me they will come for Tuesday then changed to Wednesday and they changed to next week. Now, I am almost a month coordinating with folks on 586-696-8892 (Daniel) and 248-212-5713 (Will) but no one is picking my calls neither anyone responding me back. I am keep trying -n-trying to connect with them to fix the repairs. At this point they charged me and didn't fix the issue permanently.

They did have a charge associated with having the architect come out that was very small. I can't remember what it was, but it will be baked into the ultimate project payments. Did I shop around? Well... no. These guys have done a lot of work on my house. They have amazing integrity, good pricing from my past shopping around, I can trust them with my dogs and we are mimicking the amazing front porch design they created for me so it just makes sense to stay with a company I trust. Their solution to their mistake was to apply concrete stain on the driveway to cover the discoloration. The stain was improperly applied and started peeling shortly after. The pictures show the state of my driveway right now, and it's been over a year and I still don't have a driveway that's properly done. Every worker they have sent out to evaluate the driveway was shocked by how poorly the driveway was done. Nick and his team keep saying they will come out to fix it, but they never show up. They will not properly fix any problems with their poor worksmanship, so please learn from my experience and avoid doing business with them.

The first two places tried to sell me a huge job to dig trenches all along the perimeter and put drains it. Ben immediately told me that wasn't the source of the issue. It was rod holes and a crack in the walls that was letting some moisture in. I had to convince him to quote me a larger job, which he did do (just to be safe) and he was still the cheapest quote from the bunch. I chose him not because of the price (although he was the cheapest) but because he was the most knowledgeable and was not trying to sell me up. To the contrary he was talking me out of the job. It took longer then expected but I'm not upset about that since they seemed to have done a thorough job and were very attentive when I pointed out areas I wanted addressed.
