There was a heavy layer of dust throughout the attached bedroom. Personal items--including jewelry, books, the TV, and bedding, etc. --were all covered. No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. This reflects our experience and is offered to help others make an informed decision."*
