Called early Saturday morning, quick response and towed to the dealer of my choice, about 8 miles. Very fast and friendly road service!

There is also a discount for direct payments from your bank. I stopped by a few days ago to talk over my coverage. I was there at 9:45 and the sign on the door said they open at 9 am. Nobody home. So I called them later and one thing I discovered was I had full coverage on a 8 year old vehicle. I didn't set that up that way.
