She strung us along with my realtor , for the…read morelast 2 1/2 weeks telling us that the first buyer of a property she listed couldn't get their mortgage and that we had the next chance of getting this house. I spent two weeks getting all of our paperwork in order, we had the money ready at hand and then she turns around and gives the home to these people who drag this out for three months of trying to buy the same property. This other potential buyer was allowed to go into a home , fix it up for three months without making them go to the settlement table . Who fixes up a house sands the floors , paint the walls, moves in appliances into a home that they don't technically even own yet??? Heidi tells us that she doesn't think they can get their mortgage approved. She got my hopes up high and I'm thinking I'm getting this home making plans to move . Heidi used me to light the fire under their butts so they would make settlement so she could get her commission. It's absolutely heartbreaking thinking for the last couple weeks you're going to get this particular house and she knew all along that they would come up with the money and tells us the night before that they're making settlement the next day.
