Don't waste your time or money at this place! They are rude and do a rush job. they make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I had my nails done there today and asked for he'll polish- well that all I got! no manicure, no full set like I asked for. Either she didn't understand English or she just did t give a shit. very rough with my feet- no massage, 1 hot towel for both legs and continued to spray alcohol on my feet for no apparent reason. Now I just dropped $55 for short stubby nails! I confronted t manager but all he said was that manicure was extra $10! I told him I would certainly have paid. I thought it was included and had told her I wanted longer nails. They first said they would fix them called back and she lied and said I told her I wanted my own short nails and it would cost me $65. Megan!! Horrible horrible job and very mean and unkind. I will drive to Forest Lake to get a quality manicure in the future. with is kind of attitude and customer service they won't last long. read more

I don't like to give bad reviews, however. I was so disappointed in this salon. Had a mani-pedi. Under an hour for the both. No massage on either, no cuticle push back or clip. She pushed the gel thro the whole thing. I want regular polish for a reason. I had to sit under a heat dyer for 30 mins. I tried to be careful when leaving. Guess what the polish was all over my fingers and toes. No clean up done and the polish on my nails were all saggy and soft. I was so mad. I went straight to get polish remover and take it all off. She charged me 80 for this awful job. I believe she did it because I wouldn't do gel. I have told many people about her attitude and bad service. read more

The manicurist I had she was rude, did a crappy job smudged an hour after to fix it and she told me no she smudged it not me !

Great prices, better than salons south & great quality work! I get my nails done every other week when I go to our lake place.

I went to get a mani/pedi. I was bugged from the minute I walked in to get gel which I did not want. My toenails were cut so short. She never asked how long I wanted them My manicure looks like a 5 year old painted them. My cuticles were pulled off instead of being cut. It was painful. It looks horrible read more

I love this nail salon! I've been a regular here for several years, and I don't let anyone else do my nails because they always lift. Not here! I am rough on my hands, I clean for a living, I garden, I fish, and I cut, haul, split, and stack firewood. My nails are perfectly shaped, and they don't lift or break. Worst gel manicure I've received. Nails were filed completely crooked, each nail had its own shape and the guy literally finished my manicure in 15 mins. He went as fast and as sloppy as he could. I have gel polish all along the skin on the sides of my nails. They were friendly, but literally the worst manicure ever. read more

Had a full set of gel nails and gel polish. Cost was low $35. I would have given more stars but I got a electric file burn on the tip of my finger and I think he used acetone instead of alcohol to remove the gel polish residue at the end. I was the last customer for the day tech may have been really tired. . My nails did not shine later that day Luckily I have a UV light and gel top coat at home to refinish them. I visited Lisa Nails a day before my sisters wedding. I am a cosmetologist and I live out of state. I got a gel manicure about a week ago, but I felt that the manicure was not done with much care. Cuticles were carelessly trimmed, shape was not paid attention to, and I didn't get any lotion or a massage. Then when my nails were painted, the gel polish was applied to my cuticles which made the color peel off almost immediately. The color was chipping and peeling before I even got to the wedding. I'm also pregnant and was getting excited about my new strength and length of my nails, so was hoping to keep my nails done for at LEAST a week, if not two, but my manicure didn't even last a day. This was the first nail salon I went to, recommended by a friend from work. They do high quality work for fair prices, so you can treat yourself, look fabulous, and not have to worry about breaking the bank. I went to another salon in Cambridge for a mani/pedi that my husband had given me for Valentine's Day. Much higher priced and half the quality. They love to serve & will do custom nails if you show them a picture. I would recommend them to anyone. Language can be a barrier at times, but be persistent. read more

I've been going to another salon but, was super busy and didn't have time to drive so I had my nails done at Lisa Nails the last two times. The first time Bob did my gel nails and they looked pretty nice but, the gal working wouldn't allow me to look at the colors until I was done getting my nails prepped. I asked 3 times before my nails were being worked on and she actually took the palette out of my reach and put it on another table. The second time I had her and she handled things the same way. She would get crabby with me if my fingers weren't relaxed and slap at them. She didn't properly clean up my cuticles, left rough edges on my nail tips and slopped gel color on my skin that she didn't remove. After day two the color started cracking. It's disappointing as I like the convenience but, not the treatment. read more
