But when it came time to do my haircut he started cutting my hair and it became clear he was hammered drunk. Swaying, missed spots on my head, didn't trim around my ears all the way, nicked me with his clippers and trimmed everything uneven. All said and done he told me it was 30 dollars. I wanted to just pay and get out of there. Then he rings it up as 35 dollars. So I say something to him about it and he goes well since you're paying with card I assumed you didn't have cash for a tip. So I said no I'm not giving you a tip and he got irritated and said ok cool and rang it up as 30. Don't go here unless it's early morning. I forget the guys name. He is there Fridays and Saturdays only. He's from Eugene.
