I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.

Sylvia took the time to meet with my husband and I before our wedding for a couple of hours to get to know us and our tastes. She came to the meeting prepared with tons of amazing flower recommendations, a photo collection to look through for inspiration, and a vast knowledge of beautiful color palette ideas and various styles. I'm not a flower expert, and since I was my own wedding planner, I was unsure of what I wanted (to say the least).
