We supposedly closed on my house in biddo on Friday, and I have them POA for me as I moved out of state. It's Tuesday. Not only have I not received any CDI, I haven't received any $. I had to reach out to them to even initiate a transfer of proceeds to me, and am waiting for that. But literally no word until I chased them down. Wonder what they would have done had I not harassed them for info? Nice people but shady shady shady and unprofessional.
