Today i received a call from the salon and was questions on why i was late, I had canceled that appointment and so i was confused. It was just my luck that my phone died while I was on the phone with the salon, after my phone charged back up I had received a text from a mobile phone number calling me "rude". I assume they figured I hung up, but this is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sadly I do not see myself ever booking another appointment.

Ketchina is a color magician and my hair always looks fantastic and when I say, "Holy crap my hair looks great!", Ketchina has to remind me not to cuss .
