It was very clean and light and the staff was efficient and friendly. I had the BLT and it was very, very, good. The fries were the second best in town and were perfectly seasoned and cooked. I look forward to going back to try more offerings. That was my first visit but when I returned the food was still good but took over an hour to come out due to some sort of kitchen communication issue. They did take a bit off our bill but we came in hungry so this was a problem. The burger was good and the pepperoni dip was exceptional. We will probably be back and see how that goes.

Again well cooked, maybe on the edge of over (shedded a little as you ate it). My serving was from the flat up toward the point, with a good 1/4 of fat remaining. I trim the fat more, but it had been rendered nicely so it ate well. Yes, you eat the fat with the meat. People who trim it are wrong. Just wrong. Food didn't take long to come out, it was well prepared and tasted good. The space is like most chacon restaurants. It's just one large room, with all hard surfaces, so it's gets rather loud.
