Place my order at 7:19 went down there to see if I can get my pizza out of the portal. . So the pizza that I sit there and stared at for over 15 minutes sitting on top of a box on their counter a young man that looked like he just came in off the street with no gloves on hands in his pockets cut my pizza up. Every time I order from here, there's an issue. Sometimes it's a 30 minute wait for a "hot and (not) ready" pizza, not to mention they have no bathroom. Employees are mostly rude and lazy. Time saver? More like time waster. This location is hot garbage. Third time I've had an issue with it since it opened a few years ago. It took me over an HOUR to place and receive an order through drive-thru (lobby was weirdly closed...AGAIN...at 7pm) got in line prior to 730pm, had to place my order at the window for whatever dumb reason (8:07pm) and then sit in the parking lot for another half hour. Total bill for a pizza, bread sticks, and extra sauce was almost $17. Whatever happened to hot and ready and $5 pizzas? Considering the fact that it's a $5 pizza I'm guessing this problem is often overlooked but this location in general is always short staffed according to employees but with this being said I can't recall a time where I didn't have to wait 15-30 minutes for a pizza that's advertised "hot and ready". Another thing that contributes to this is its a one lane drive thru so if your there your basically forced to endure the wait. I personally hate complaining but this is recurring problem and I wouldn't go to this location unless you have time to spare. I would order the extra most bestest with the stuffed crust again- it was good! Only thing I marked off for was that the cheese/sauce/toppings stopped too far in- there was too much crust before the stuffed crust area started. Don't let the Mr. Jolly happy manager fool you. Very rude when you ask about your order. I placed an order at 259 pm for pick up for 4:45-4:50. Was waiting and it was not ready at 4:55 so asked about order. When I asked he told me time does not matter and I was on the board to get it ready. He went in the back to check and came back out and told me to step up to the counter since I had a problem. (EXCUSE ME) A MANAGER OF A STORE ADDRESSING A CUSTOMER WITH THOSE WORDS). WHAT??? I ordered my food through the telephone they told me to give them 20 minutes. Got there after 15 minutes went through drive-through and paid for my food. They told me to pull up because it was still in the oven. Waited another 20 minutes still no food. Went inside to find out what the issue was. One of the employees that was handling my order through the drive-through said he was too busy with cars. So I sat in my car waiting for my food for 30 minutes before I actually got it. The staff here is very rude and serving lots and lots of other customers before I even got my food. I ordered several pizzas on a Thursday before I needed them at noon on Friday. When we went to pick them up they weren't ready because whoever took the order had written down the incorrect time. We were told they could have the order ready in 15 minutes and they would give us a couple of 2 liters of pop. Well, 35 minutes later and NO pop, we left with our pizza. When getting back we discovered 2 of the pepperoni pizzas were mismarked and were actually sausage pizzas. Totally frustrated, I called the store and asked to talk to the manager. After telling her the whole story she asked to put me on hold. After 5 minutes on hold another staff member came to the phone and asked if she could help me.
