Nevermind the fact I already drove 15 miles to get what was supposed to be correct. They wanted me to drive another 15 miles round trip so THEY could fix THEIR mistakes, with not a single apology, nor offer to actually make it right. Just "burn another 15 miles worth of gas and move on". Worst papa johns I have ever been ordered from. The manager working the August 9th 2024 evening shift should be ashamed. When it came to doing the bare minimum and making excuses, they had that going for them in spades. Customer service, quality food, something as simple as the correct order. Its all non existent.
