It turns out their phone line doesn't actually take calls - it is exclusively a ticket email system. They indicated that the order was a bit behind but would be shipped within a day or two. A month later, in early December, we still hadn't gotten shipping info, so I reached out again. They shared that due to the high volume after Black Friday, our order would be late. Even though our order was placed in mid October! This cycle repeated itself in mid December, late December, and early January - each with promises that it would "ship out in 2 days". They have free shipping over $100 apparently so I ordered something from them that was less than $100 then added an additional item to my cart to make it over $100 for free shipping . When I was checking out it confirmed no charge for shipping . Then they held on to my products for a week and didn't bother shipping them and sent me an email saying we're not going to ship your items till you pay us an additional $22 for shipping . When I reply to their email that I added an extra item to my card because the website States free shipping over 100 they replied with basically oh well pay the money or we're not shipping your products . They offer a lowest price guarantee , i tried looking a bit for someone selling it cheaper, but didn't find. So overall very good experience. read more

The website says items will be dispatched within a day or so, so I started to get very concerned when nothing had arrived 3 weeks later. After messaging (and waiting 3 days for a reply) I was told that the Black Friday purchases were being processed and the delay was because of that. Now, I had purchased my items 2 weeks prior to Black Friday so that just made no sense. A few days later I received an email that one of my items was now out of stock! Requested to return the item the same day, paid $11.30 to ship the item back with in 7days if their 30 day return policy. When they received the item they refused to refund my money, stating that the high chair is unsell able. And offered me $20 in store credit. I am not happy with your service at all. TERRIBLE SHOP. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I went to this store for car seats and a stroller for my twins. I had two car seats but they were too big for my car so wanted to buy two that would fit. The Manager told me what car seat to buy. She took it to my car and assured me it would fit. She never measured with the base. I bought two and then attempted to install them right at the store and they did NOT fit. They REFUSED A REFUND FOR THE SEATS, over $800, because the boxes were opened. But THEY ADVISED ON THE PURCHASE. I wish I read their reviews before ordering. I order child seat as they had the lowest price. After a few days, Amazon.ca advertised the same seat for a lesser price so I contacted them for a Price Match as per their policy. First, the customer service who attended the phone told me that we don't honor retroactive price match despite it says on the website 14 days after purchase she got a bit annoyed. Second, she asked me to send her the link which I did. After few minutes later she sent me email saying that we can't price match the item as it is coming from US but can give you $10 off the price. I asked her to show me where it states US shipping place on Amazon.ca website then she referred me to Diono US address. I said that is Diono's address in US but the item is being "Ships from and sold by Amazon.ca" as per the website so she started arguing with me. I asked her where you buy your Diono seats and was told Seattle so Amazon.ca is doing the same thing in this case. She said no it has to be in Canada! Their policy only states that it has to be a Canadian retailer and the price should be listed in $Canadian as per this "We do not price match Non-Canadian websites or stores. Therefore the Price match items but be sold by a Canadian retailer and shown in Canadian prices." I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager is not available but she said she confirmed everything with the manager before responding to my email. I said that please have the manager call me whenever he/she is available. What a rip-off, shitty and pathetic company to deal with who comes up with stupid/lame excuses to not match the price.
