We were weekly clients and on this last clean, not even our master bathroom toilet was scrubbed and cleaned. When we approached Kara, she let us know she didn't scrub but put cleaning solution in there....thank you...I sprayed my windows downstairs with windex but for some reason there are streaks...Usually one must scrub to clean. Our lamps were never wiped down, under our kitchen table was not cleaned, our cabinets weren't wiped down...and trash wasn't taken out.....to top this off when we approached Kara, she had a justification for these things, and in fact combated us. You literally run a cleaning service yet don't do the whole job and think your clients should understand. If you did wipe it down, or vacuum it should say enough that we can't tell...I attached screenshots for all to see. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, and raising your standards.

We had palmettos removed about a year ago and that left gouges and rough terrain. We wanted the fill spread and smoothed. Mission accomplished. On the other side of our yard, roots from trees had begun to grow above ground and were now becoming a real pain and a hazard to mow around. They removed the roots and brought in top soil to straighten, fill and smooth the ground. They were very conscientious and did an excellent job.
