We sent him an email with several questions, and specified things we were not going to spend money pursuing. His email response was telling us to to do things we didn't want to do. He admitted he did not read our email before he responded but he now understood our concerns, though he billed us for it he response anyway. The second email from him listed several things that would have cost more than what the neighbor was asking us to pay them. Two useless emails that we were charged for. $1,000 completely wasted.
