Tim gave us an estimate for services that he could not fulfill…read more His price went up after the job started because he had underestimated the job, and passed that cost onto us. He promised two workers, but his partner Vince was always late. I asked him several times to grade areas for future building of patios and such, but he Tim doesn't like to do what is asked of him. He wants to tell you what he thinks you need. He then left heavy-machinery on my property for two days. If these two are working on you property and you smell weed, there is a good reason for that. Just because marijuana is somewhat legal people think they can smoke on the job and anywhere they please. Tim then had the gall to suggest that we tip him and his partner. I had to hire someone else to clean up Tim's mess.
