I gave her my bridesmaid dress 4 weeks ahead, which she said wasn't enough time so I had to pay a rush fee. She was removing the arm loops, hemming the front and she said she had to change the neck line due to removing the arm loops. I told her I needed it by the 26th and a week and a half out my flights changed due to COVID and I informed her I had to leave the 24th unfortunately. She did not respond. I called her at 12:30pm on the 24th and she said she was finishing up and would send a completion text in the next 15 minutes. 3 hours goes by, I call her at 3:30pm and she tells me something about a conference call and someone else needing to pick up something so she'll need 30 more minutes. I don't understand why she wouldn't just tell me she hadn't started yet or why I needed to pay a rush fee if she started and finished it in a couple hours. The experience was just very annoying and stressful.

Went to shop three times during their posted business hours, but always a note on the door saying…read morethat they were gone running errands. Once I finally found them open, I went to the alteration shop to get an estimate for a repair. They verbally quoted me a price of $10-$15. They said the work would take one week. After three weeks I called to check on it, they said it would be done in another week. I then called on week four and told them that I would come and get my item if it was not done. They left me a message two days later saying that it was done, ready for pick up, and the repair was $30 - twice the price of the estimate and five weeks to do a repair that they said would be done in a week. Very disappointed. When I picked up my item, I told them I was disappointed and they said that there was nothing that they could do. I told them that I would not be using their business every again!

Took it in to have it made into a sweetheart neckline and they recommended taking it in a bit as well. It looked amazing, the neckline was exactly what I envisioned and it fit like a glove! Under $200 for dress and alterations and it looked like I spent $1k plus! Cannot recommend them enough!!
