We have had breakfast here on 3 different occasions and found the food above par. Portions are huge, flavorful, and well presented. Their salsas are terrific and the service is prompt and cheerful. I'm convinced this place doesn't have any recent reviews because the locals are trying to keep it lowkey lol, this was probably the best huevos rancheros i've had and that says a lot considering i've had it made authentically. One of our favorite breakfast places in Hemet/San Jacinta area. We go after church on Sundays and occasionally mid-week. They close at 2pm but are open every day. Huge variety of Mexican and American dishes, Senior special dinners. Good Huevos Rancheros and biscuits and gravy. We've never had a meal we didn't like. Stopped in here for lunch today. Another great meal. I ordered the Rancheros (I think that was it). It came with a salad or soup, I chose the salad. Just a basic salad, nothing to write home about. The meal also came with beans and rice, both were very tasty. The reason I only gave 4 stars this time was my food was a little on the lukewarm side. I didn't say anything because I was really hungry, but other than that it was good. The meat was very flavorful,a little spicier than I like but I'll admit to being a wimp. Incredible food, quick service. Got the club house sandwich for lunch, it came with a piping hot bowl of potato soup and a salad with delicious homemade ranch dressing. we went here the first time ! very cozy place my daughter had never been to a diner wanted to try out ! the breakfast was good the only bad thing we felt the waitress was not very friendly to us from the get go ! a little standoffish maybe we really did not feel welcome here for the most part she seemed more welcoming to the other diners then to my daughter and i to be honest ! we had top notch waitress at chilis who was over the top here we gave her a big tip for her service ! we like to feel welcomed when we go out to eat not looked at like we are taking up space ! what a shame cute place good food read more

The atmosphere and the entrance is a little dated looking and at first sight you might think sketchy but inside is really clean and homey kind of warmth. We went on a Sunday about 12 pm and go a table right away. I feel like our hole section had just been seated cuz we had to wait a little bit for service but we asked for coffee and water and had time to stroll the menu that had American and Mexican. I went for a California Omelette with hash browns and biscuit and gravy. The omelette was fluffy and delicious. The avocado was fresh, hash browns also nice. My mom got chicken fried steak and gravy and home fries with no bell peppers. It was great they could accommodate her , she loved it. My partner ordered chicken tacos hard shell. He wasn't crazy about the rice, had some hard pieces. The mild salsa was good, the hot tasted like they added Tapitio. So besides the rice I only gave 3 stars cuz the mens restroom was not maintained, although the woman's is. The staff is super nice and attentive. Went here yesterday and so thrilled with this place I came back today. It happens to be my husbands birthday and wanted to take him somewhere special.
