This place has TONS of t-shirts for their "crazy eights" price, with pretty much any sort of design you could be looking for -- simple, classic, cute, mascot, etc, in several colors. They also have sweatshirts and sweatpants in that same back section with the lower-priced shirts. I bought a t-shirt and some sweatpants and I can't wait to wear them. There's also tons of options for hats, stickers, mugs, lanyards, decorations, pretty much anything that could say OU or OH YEAH is in here. They also have more expensive merchandise, if that's what you're looking for. But if you want to get a gift for someone or just some merch for yourself, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

The general fiction leans heavily towards the Christian fiction and related genres, but there was some contemporary fiction like Saramago and DFW (I almost bought a copy of "Infinite Jest," but really, when am I going to have time to reread that?). Their sci-fi and fantasy collection wasn't too bad either. Prices were pretty good (the aforementioned DFW was listed at $7, and sci-fi paperbacks between $2-4). The proprietor let us know that everything is catalogued, so you could inquire about a particular title if you were looking for something specific. It looks like they also buy used books, which is good to know. They do play religious music in the store, but they also have Bible verses posted in the window, so I suppose that's fair warning.

You do kind of feel self conscious when you're here because no matter where you go you're standing in the middle of the store. No hiding in a tiny nook somewhere to peruse a book. A minor thing, though, as the shop keepers are friendly. I like this place a lot.
