We moved on to the mains: noodles with pork served soup style: and a Banh Xeo, which is a crispy fried rice crepe filled with chicken. In both dishes the meats were intentionally fatty for more crispy flavor. Ginger Lychee ice was served for dessert. Cold, refreshing lychee fruits in a ginger juice that was chilled with shaved ice. A small plate with cilantro and basil accompanied the dish sans bean sprouts which would have been nice but whatever. The broth was fine, clear and full of flavor. The noodles had a nice bite to them as well. Two little jars: one with Sriracha and the other with Hoisin Sauce was also supplied. A little dab of Sriracha never hurt no one. All in all, a nice diversion and pleasant surprise from normal Dutch fare. I'd actually give the place three-and-a-half stars but no halves available in Yelp.
