Went to see Dr. Xu of Stony Brook Acupuncture, he looked at me, asked me if I was afraid of needles, and put three needles in (two in my hand, one on my head.) Then he engaged me in a lively conversation for about half an hour before he asked me, "When was the last time you blew your nose?" I looked at the time, amazed, because I had not even thought about a tissue in all that time. Haven't had a recurrence and my normal seasonal allergies is even much less severe than usual.
