I was a member of this dog park last year (2017) my pup (Golden Retriever) frequented this place on the weekends. I thought socialization would be great.
For what it was "a dog park" it was great, there were Friendly patrons who were regulars and no so Friendly people who kept to themselves and didn't talk much. I always tried to keep a positive attitude there and said hi to everyone and start some conversation. There were a few who gave me a 2 word answer then went their way.
The place is driven by membership which pays for the maintenance, however non-members can attend and try it out. No one should be telling you "No" , You must clean up after your dog as you expect , there are provided dog bags and spray :)
The Good:
Big Park, plenty of room to run around
Lots of toys to play with
Pool area for your dog
Seating Areas for yourself
Pump Fountain to ensure your dog has something to drink.
Some really friendly people here.

The Not So Good,
when you go to a place like this, Everyone is a "dog whisperer" so to speak, they all think they know it all, you need to leave that at the door when you walk in. And sort of ignore them when they start bantering.
This place is cliquey, really cliquey. (Drama'esc) So if that does not bother you, then your ok. I myself never had an interest to get involved.
You have your fair share of "gems" people who watch their dog poo, and don't clean it up.
There are nasty dogs, (This I don't understand) Just as any park would have,
--- People come in with their dogs, sometimes very aggressive and Don't Leave! Their dog clearly growls and will lunge at the neck of another dog. Sometimes the owner will play it off as "Oh they are playing" but it's clearly not that, Usually in all cases I have seen the Victim leave the park in effort to not escalate the situation further.
As I attended regularly in 2017 there were few "dog incidents" involving a bit dog or a bit person.
The Dogs Crowd the gate when you arrive, (There are signs prohibiting this, yet people can't understand nor read apparently)
--- This happened to my puppy the last time we arrived, she was surrounded by about 10 dogs , including myself, When I opened the outer gate, all of the dogs came into the staging area and began to sniff.
I get it, dogs do that, but there was no space at this point, well... at this time there was some growling (from another dog) and my dog growled back as one would expect. Next thing I know I'm trying to break up a fight, the dog attacked my golden, puncture wound to the neck.
The owner split , never asked if my dog was ok , etc. I ran to the vet to have things taking care of.
I contact the police, they told me I needed to take it up with the park admin, I contacted the park admin who mentioned they would try keep a lookout for who might of done it. (Which a.k.a , means..... They won't bother)
Nice $300+ vet bill and no help from the park.
Anyways, I do not attend this park anymore due to this, I've seen to many escalated dog fights here and owners not do anything about it.
I have reviewed them on facebook and they deleted all of the negative reviews. So, i don't think they will be able to delete this one.
Finally
-- If you do go, go on a weekday, not the weekend, there are upwards of 20/30 dogs on the weekend, and it's a complete cluster mess. You really figure out how many people exist with no common sense :P read more
