After getting checked in, you'll meet with a front person to go over offers. The woman was nice enough, however did not seem to know in depth about some of the more serious products/treatments. They do not have an actual MD in office. The Nurse Practitioner prescribes meds for patients. After going through which treatment you want(which I luckily did research before and knew what I wanted) you move forward to what I believe to be the phlebotomist. Fast forward to the actual person with a medical license (again, a Nurse Practitioner, not a Doctor). She didn't even take the time to sit down or get to know me, the "patient" that's about to shell out $500 a month, by the way. She rushed through the appt. Didn't go over side effects or benefits or anything really. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend unless you truly have done research. After the appt. I read more about the treatment and there are SO MANY risks. I decided against it. What ever your weight loss journey is, just be careful and do your own research and fully know what you're getting into, because THIS PLACE WILL NOT PREPARE YOU ADEQUATELY.

As an family with young kids we've been in for everything - flu, strep, UTIs, broken bones, you name it. Each time we've received exceptional care. On top of that there are onsite x-rays, and for my partners x-ray that needed a second opinion they were able to use a radiology service rather than sending him over to the ER. He was rough with my mother and very rude when she asked for a second strep test to be sure. He asked her "have you never had a cold before?!" And repeatedly talked over her saying "you don't have strep but okay" and came in after the second test with FOOD IN HIS MOUTH and said "test came back negative. You'll be sick about a week." And walked out. Nothing else and stormed back to his little corner like a 5 year old. Apparently a bunch of whack jobs work here.

I was seen today at Perfect Health at the Evans location and I was very comfortable with the place…read morefrom the start. Their facility is new and very clean, maximizing efficiency without a lot of unnecessary posh that would drive up the cost of their patient care. I was greeted by two lovely young women at reception who were friendly and obviously there to ensure that the check in process was smooth and as quick as possible. It was only a few minutes to check in as a new patient and there wasn't an over abundance of unnecessary paperwork to contend with prior to being seen by a provider. They were more than happy to bill my insurance and explained to me in detail how their concierge service works in case a person would like to use their facilities as primary care. From check in until the nurse called me back to take my vitals it was only a couple of minutes and the nurse was very professional and caring. She listened to my concerns about the issue I was having and the amount of pain I had been having. My bp was low and she was happy to take it manually after the machine failed to read. I was put in an exam room that was very clean and comfortable with a very informative computer that had information to help patients maximize their general health and well being. After only a few minutes the doctor came in and he was wonderful. Dr. Marley was very obviously concerned about the problem I was having with a stone in my salivary duct and its failure to pass over the weekend. (He saw me in the ER at the MTF a few days previously for this issue by happy accident) He wanted to ensure that I was being treated as I should be but more than that he was worried that I would get the appropriate follow up care and referral, which can be difficult when it has to be routed through military medical due to my insurance. He made absolutely sure I wasn't going to have to endure the pain and problems that have been plaguing me with this issue any longer than absolutely necessary. The entire staff was courteous, thoughtful, and kind, and I felt like I was in good hands and well cared for. The fact that this doctor was very concerned that I receive prompt follow up was very above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank them all enough for the care I was given today. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Having now been seen for a ruptured Achilles' tendon and having both of my children receive care here I'm pleased to say that the care and respect I experienced on my first visit is consistently outstanding across the board. The three of us have been treated by different providers on each visit and happily they have all been top notch. The nursing and reception personnel are kind and friendly and very considerate. I can't say enough positive things about this clinic and the staff. I have and will continue to encourage anyone needing urgent care to choose this office.

I am a nurse and I was not allowed to accompany my husband into the room due to COVID restrictions as I wanted to request specific treatment for him. Oddly, I can enter their waiting room but not the other room. A couple weeks ago I had no problem accompanying my mother to her dr appt at another physician office. I'm tired of these ridiculous restrictions that make no difference!!! Wearing a mask, yes, I agree but not being able to accompany a loved one that is hurting, I completely disagree!!! I do agree with others that have posted a review...if you want truly compassionate care, go elsewhere!!! This office just lost 4 patients with my family!
