Along with I never received intake paper work so they said she couldn't be seen without it but also don't have an in office printer to fill out the paperwork. And need supervisor approval to mail paperwork out which is insane. But she couldn't been seen anyways since they never had her on the therapist client list. They expect me to wait until JANUARY for another appointment. No thanks. The office is also hard to find with no signs or any business description available. Very unorganized. Very unprofessional. Complete waste of time and I was referred by the owner.

Finding the location initially was rough because it had no sign at all. Also getting into the main entrance threw us off because it isn't handicap assessable which in this day and age is ridiculous. So in our case I had to lug a stroller and car seat up 2-3 steps. Once inside I complete initial paperwork. We arrive to said appointment 10 minutes prior to appointment time. The appointment didn't start until 20 minutes after. Mind you we were referred here and are covered under Tricare. 5-10 minutes into the session in barges an employee there stating we have not met our deductible of $300.00 and have to make a payment of $75.00 for this session because Tricare won't cover it. I for one can think of plenty of ways to approach a situation without interrupting a session as if I were to run off without paying with my children in tow. This was our first and last visit! Once I arrived home I phoned Tricare and was made aware that 1) with referrals & active duty sponsor there isn't any copay 2) there was NO provider call made to Tricare!! 3) there is a referral on file After getting this information I phone Wilsons Garden of Hope back. I stated what was told to me & asked when will I be refunded. I was sharply told "I'm in the middle of something right now" and "that's what's in the system". I asked was she the only one authorized to do this and she said yes. I will be calling back again this morning to see what will come of this. I will definitely not be going back and until they learn how to better service customers/ clients I wouldn't recommend anyone going there either. Update: Long story short I was told I would be refunded for the session (which hasn't happened yet). An agent from my insurance tried to contact them twice with me on three way, to no avail AFTER I spoke with the owner. Unfortunately the owner was just as matter of fact & condescending as the other employee. She's still sticking to "your deductible hasn't been met" bs yet our insurance says otherwise. Truth be told all that was needed was proper customer service and an apology, but instead I'm left with a headache.

After getting checked in, you'll meet with a front person to go over offers. The woman was nice enough, however did not seem to know in depth about some of the more serious products/treatments. They do not have an actual MD in office. The Nurse Practitioner prescribes meds for patients. After going through which treatment you want(which I luckily did research before and knew what I wanted) you move forward to what I believe to be the phlebotomist. Fast forward to the actual person with a medical license (again, a Nurse Practitioner, not a Doctor). She didn't even take the time to sit down or get to know me, the "patient" that's about to shell out $500 a month, by the way. She rushed through the appt. Didn't go over side effects or benefits or anything really. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend unless you truly have done research. After the appt. I read more about the treatment and there are SO MANY risks. I decided against it. What ever your weight loss journey is, just be careful and do your own research and fully know what you're getting into, because THIS PLACE WILL NOT PREPARE YOU ADEQUATELY.
