Alchemy has given me access to amazing dance, exercise, strength (both physical and emotional), increased confidence as a dancer and a human, experiences that have helped me tap into my own creativity, and some of my absolute favorite people whom I would be lost without. I want to give a special shout out to the owner, Ashley Patchen. She is one of the kindest, most driven, tenacious, hardworking, creative, silly, amazing people I know. You can tell that this isn't a typical fitness or dance studio where you come and go and don't get a chance to meet anyone.
