I called and asked specifically if their chiropractors used activators, I was told yes they all did. When I got there the Dr I saw said he had rarely used them and did a very deep adjustment on me. I was in some pain afterwards but it only got worse. I had made a 2nd appointment to follow up on Saturday. When I went to the appointment there were no chiropractors there. Just met with Dr. Josh, it was wonderful! I've seen a few chiropractors before, and felt he was excellent, well worth the money. My husband has gone to him a few times and was impressed as well. He was friendly, very thorough, and went beyond my expectations with various treatments/explanations, as well as providing suggestions for at-home exercises. He really took his time and gave attention to every issue I mentioned for a whole-body approach, not just the one reason I was there (shoulder/neck pain). His treatments were comfortable and effective, as I felt some relief immediately afterwards. They were very accommodating to get me an appointment asap -- that speaks volumes about their focus on client care. He is attentive to detail, caring and kind, worked with me to understand what was going on with my body, and is extremely skilled when it comes to actually performing the adjustment.
