Within 5 years the stucco all around the house began crack in a huge way. Not your basic settling (which of course they said it was initially). These cracks were huge. They came out at least 3 different times over a 2 year period, and did say YES these are pretty bad and we can fix it, but we can't do it for free but we'll fix it for cheap. We said OK, thats fine we'll pay for it. The house began to leak after storms. They blamed the windows. We said OK, we'll cut out out our windows, re-flash and reinstall. They also said that a NEW and outstanding product had come out about a year after they did our job in 2010. And they'll fix it with this product. We said OK great. When can we get on schedule? They never returned calls. They never returned texts. They basically would come by once a year, act like they'll take care of us (for a CHARGE), and then fall off the face of the earth. Pressed to get this done before another winter, we finally hired another contractor. We told them what DW Mathews (Cody) told us about the new product that just came out after they did our job and he said if thats what he said they're not telling you the truth. The product has been out for years PRIOR to 2010. So, we start cutting out the windows to make sure they were reflashed and installed properly. What did we begin to notice? Windows installed CORRECTLY, AND HOLES all over the paper. Holes and tears everywhere, they used a staple gun throughout entire job and it was sloppy and careless, which was exactly why we had water damage (molded and warping window sills). We didn't have time to file a lawsuit because we had to get our house fixed ASAP. It is something we will be exploring as overall this cost us over 20k in damage and re-stuccoing the entire house, after already paying this company to do it not even 8 years prior. They do not care, they wont return your phone calls in you have a problem with their shoddy work. People should know about how this company does business. Its not $500. Its thousands and thousands of dollars.

Another deceptive tactics and prevarication mentioned by you, "Once again, we had to ask over and over for you to make payment. When we finally received it a week late, you short paid the invoice by $1,500+. " This again is willingly falsified and misleading. We paid $240000 on 1/11/2024. You asked us to make payment against the agreed payment timeline that is after completion of the project. You came to our property and demanded more payment. In fact, you forced us to make the complete payment (another $10000 on Jan 1st, 2025) without completing the work by threatening to stop the work. Our approved plan has 5/5 ft window, we never requested for any change to it. You continually pushed us for a smaller window, which deviates from our original agreement. This manipulation of facts does not change the reality of the situation. Deception, in any form, does not serve the interests of customers. We tried multiple times to contact you, Edwards construction and left messages to call us back to complete incomplete work but there has been no reply. You have been unresponsive and disappeared from the project completely. You are still threatening us to make the payment before completing the work. Attaching pics of incomplete work, missing structure/windowsill in addition to the entire second part of the project which has not yet started. This conduct is not acceptable to any consumer and require resolution by completing the remaining work as per the original agreement, and compensating consumer for the incomplete work, delays and subsequent coercion.
