I had problems with the Lockhart retail store. After going to manager, then regional manager with no resolution, I called the Owner, Burt Livengood. Of course, he was gone. I left a message. Well, it is now Day 2 since I left the message and no response, no follow up, no Nothing. Been a customer at least 17 years but nothing.
I called yesterday on the way to work, to talk with Burt but at 3 PM he was already gone home for the weekend.
What Good Customer Service!!! The Girl at Headquarters told me, he was busy!
Well we have had the coldest weather in this part of Texas for a while, I had 40+ kids since New Year's Day, have 300 other goats along with dogs, and work a job off the ranch, plus 4 sons. I am busy also.
Jennifer at Headquarters was to email him. I guess Customer Service is Out at Livengood's Feeds. Keeping Customers of many years is not important. We buy guns but I guess will go elsewhere to get ammo, etc.
