If I could give a ZERO review, I would. Here is why- 1. Delivery took 2 months - one was because of inclement weather, which I understand, but charged another delivery fee!!! Unbelievable. Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. I came in looking for the right recliner, which also led me to get a bedroom set. I blame the staff. The young man was so friendly and so helpful as I entered the store. He also made sure to tell me that Living Spaces had a cafe. I'll get to that later. But first, it's a huge store. I like how the furniture is spaced out, no tight squeeze to get from here to there. The walkways were very spacious. Plus, this gives you a good view. Also, years ago, I bought the Nate and Jeremiah bedroom set. So I know the quality of their furniture and delivery service. I mean, they have the best delivery service, including same-day delivery--the bedroom I purchased on a Sunday at about noon. By the way, the mattress I bought was at a very good price. Well, my bedroom arrived at my place the same day at 6:00pm. The delivery guy put it together in just a few minutes. They had me look over how it was arranged in my bedroom in case I needed to have the set moved to a different area. Now the recliner wasn't in stock, so I had to wait, which I didn't mind at all. On my way to the cafe, I noticed a big play area for children. It was in a glass enclosure. It was pretty nice, with plenty of things for the little ones to do, and I'm sure I saw some of the Living Spaces staff working in that area, too. But the cafe was a lovely surprise. It's a two-story, and can be a standalone restaurant on its own outside of Living Spaces. It's nice to see Living Spaces thought of everything. I ordered the pizza, a bag of nachos, and a drink. The pizza was so good that I thought about stopping by to order the pizza again. But most of all, I want to thank you, Living Spaces, and your staff. I came to your store after a horrific car accident, barely could walk with bruised ribs, lungs, and a busted face. The doctor sent me there to purchase a recliner to heal my broken body. But your team didnt care how I looked, or the moans from pain, or how the tears seeped out. They were there to help. The young gentleman who sold me the recliner was so kind and patient with me. The young lady who sold the bedroom set and the gentleman who sold me the mattress were all so kind. The delivery guys were the best. I couldn't even talk because of the pain. Your delivery guys took charge and set up everything so beautifully. So, I like to say thank you very much! read more

I hate being this guy, I would've preferred to just receive my furniture and go on with my life. January 26 I ordered 2 nightstands and matching dresser for my bedroom, with a delivery date of March 10. Receipt of purchase and delivery date attached. Fast forward March 10, delivery shows up with just 2 nightstands, no dresser. I call to see what's up, they tell me to expect it mid April. I made no fuss at all, despite none of this being relayed to me before hand, shit happens, not going to ruin someone's day over it. I patiently waited through the entire month of April, no emails sent to me no phone calls, nothing. May 1 I email to see where the dresser is at. Daniel with customer service emails me saying that my dresser is out of stock, with no other info relayed to me. After some back and forth he tells me that I knowingly ordered an item that was back ordered, the receipt says other wise. Why would I order something with no estimated arrival. I call customer service May 2, Daniel was a bit condescending and not helpful whatsoever. This customer service rep tells me that my dresser is set to deliver in mid July. I ordered this in January with an initial delivery date of March 10.. I ask to speak to someone else, I get on the phone with Jessica Whittmann. She is helpful, takes charge to get me an answer, says that she's surprised I waited so long to start asking what the heck was going on. I don't hear back from Jessica within a couple days, so tonight I reach back out to my email thread with Daniel contemplating a refund. Daniel tells me he can refund the price of the dresser, but not the delivery fee, because my nightstands were delivered.. I did not pay the delivery fee with the nightstands in mind, I paid it for the giant dresser, I could've picked the nightstands up myself. I am a patient guy, I ordered this stuff 4 months ago, this has been a damn nightmare to deal with. At this point I want my money back, including the fucking delivery fee, and I want to move on from this company. I do not recommend ordering from here. I was under the impression living spaces was a reputable company and made some what decent quality furniture. I ended up paying about 2k more than I intended on a very nice comfy sectional couch. It has been 2 years with minimal ware.(I travel for work a lot and have no kids or animals). And the foam that's used for the seats are very cheap quality. I am now essentially sitting on springs and wood. I have to now look into a 3rd party foam company to salvage this 5000$ couch. I will never be buying from them in the future. The company charged us $155 for delivery which we thought it was little high but we accepted. They gave us a delivery window of between 8 and 11am with a call 30 minutes prior. There were there at 7:59am, they didn't call, we were out on a walk and we returned at 8:20am, by then they were gone, they didn't call ahead of time to let us know they would be there at 8am so we missed them. They were delivering in the same neighborehood, so they could've come back to deliver the product but instead they refused and left the area. After calling their customer service, they dared to charge us again the full delivery $155, after pleading with their CS, they didn't care. We have been repeat customers but after this we are buying someplace else. They lost a good customer!!! read more

The reviews are not an exaggeration, the customer service is possibly the worst I've experienced. We were told delivery was free within 25 miles by multiple Living Spaces employees. We were going to purchase over $5,000 in furniture when they came over and told us not only was delivery not free but they would not deliver period. When they showed us the map, it showed "25 miles" to our house....exactly what they had already told us would be free. Back to my original point which is that they reopened the cafe area but now it's a BAR ! Their draft beer is only $2 and the wine is also $2. Correct me if I'm wrong but that beats almost every single restaurant or bar I can think of for draft beer and wine prices . They have pizzas chicken wings and other snacks like hummus and pretzels and churros . I mean seriously I think I'm sneaking over to living spaces to look at "furniture" more often. I mean my wife is super cool and all but if you have the kind that tracks your phone and you need a beer with the boys just tell her your going to living spaces to get her a new area rug. It's like the bar knows that people would be doing that because you can take your bar receipt to the checkout when you buy any furniture item and they will discount your furniture the price of what you spent at the bar up to $50 . It's literally a win win situation all except the fact that at $2 a beer if you make it to $50 on your own you will have to take a uber home. But even more important if your wife is awesome and joins you for some beer or wine and you have kids living Spaces has a kids area with TVs jungle gym and tablets for ages 4-12 where you can check them in while you "shop" so you both can grab a drink without a worry . Then you can sleep it off on a nice recliner or mattress you might end up buying afterwards. It's a suburban parent's dream come true LOL. In all seriousness Living Spaces is one of the few furniture stores with furniture readily available to deliver same day. The quality of the furniture is very poor-quality. The furniture looks good on the outside, but the inside structures, joints, and materials are low-quality. It fell apart after one year. I do NOT recommend purchasing from the company. I think you will regret. There is one company that I recommend is Copen****. The warranties of all three pieces are a scam. Not one fixed. I got ripped off by them. They were supposed to email me the warranty and they said that it was outside the window when the Living Spaces said I have a month to claim it. This store is horrific. I've tired twice to order stuff on two separate occasions. Both times in stock and somehow now it's back orders or a warehouse shipped but can't find the item. They wasted me time for weeks for stupid pillows to could never locate. Then I ordered a bed and they kept pushing the date. I ordered it a month ago now they say it won't until September. Screw that. I cancelled. The worst part is the item says it can delivered same day to me of shipped in two days when clearly not. They love to bait and switch you. My mattress is delayed apparently on back order and they cannot tell me how long it will take. When I call to see about my options I had one agent lie to me and give me false information. They will give you a run around and then ghost. I've been dealing with living spaces customer service and warranty dept since the 1st week of delivery and it has been a nightmare. I purchased a customized couch set and 2 of the 6 cushions were 2xs softer than the other 4. Since, I've called gazillion time to have them replaced, and all they can say is...we can give you 10% discount on the couch. NOOOO...how about honor the quality of your product. It's not about the money...clearly if I can afford to purchase a customize couch, I am not seeking for any cookie cutter couch, I am looking for specificity. Wish I can give Living Space zero starts but everyone knows what a 1 star means. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Anyone looking for amazing customer service, satisfied delivery and quality go to Jerome's furniture all the way. They know exactly what customer service is all about and lives by it. Even if you're not happy at delivery they will take it back and you can either find something else and they will redeliver at NO charge or fully refund you! I just did this and found something that would fit better and got it delivered in 1 day. Living Spaces is the absolute worst. I am telling everyone about going to Jerome's instead of Living Spaces. Jerome's was well worth the over $8,000.00 I spent. I can keep on going and praise Jerome's furniture. Now to my experience with horrible Living Spaces which by the way I will never ever return and have advised my very large family and friends to do the same. They are ridiculous! I placed an order for sofa and it was a special order because they were putting 2 love seats together, They only give a same day 8pm change or cancellation timeframe, I had an emergency after leaving the store and didn't get home from the ER until 12:30am. I went straight to measure when I got home & turns out it would be too long so I emailed them at 7am before the store opened at 10am because they say that's the only way to reach them, you can't call the store and let them know of the situation and these people charged a 500.00 restocking fee 25% on each sofa piece at 1000.00 to simply change the order to just 1 sofa. I asked them if I can speak to a manager because that's ridiculous 8pm was just within mere hours & she states she was supposedly the manager and can't do anything about it because the sofa is already in production at 8pm. Bull f'ing crap! If that's true then why is my order not ready until 5/7 when I placed the order 4/15. They are nothing but liars like all the other reviews state. I placed a previous order in March for my children's bedroom and spent 5200.00 as I'm redoing a 5 bedroom home and needed all new furniture for every single room in the home. Jerome's!! Jerome's!! I bought three rooms of furniture for a house I just bought and from the sales staff to delivery was an amazing experience. I bought the furniture on Wednesday, and it was delivered on Friday. I bought a dinette set, a sectional with recliners and recining head rests and a bedroom set for myself. Their prices were very reasonable in my opinion, for example my table with 4 chairs was only $495.00. William, Oliver, and Isabel came in the expected time frame and set up everything beautifully. It's truly unfortunate. I RARELY review and I really appreciated the GM, Jennifer, when she was able to step it... But I have to speak up because I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The customer service on the phone at corporate and the store "managers" responsible for assisting at the store are appalling. I truly can't believe Brooke and Amit can maintain jobs anywhere with the lack of knowledge and support they have for customers who spend a lot of money. Neither of them understood the company policies and actively mocked me during the time spent with them -- over a simple return that was sorted out quickly with the right assistance. Hey, I went to the store saw an outdoor dining table with a sign on it and decided that would buy the table for the price the store was announcing. when the sales person was scanning the codes to put it in the car the price was not matching with the price on the sign on the table. The sales person confirmed to me that the price I was seeing was right and the store was going to send me an email with a link to pay for the table. I never received the email so I decided to go back to the store and ask what was happening. when I got there there was another sign on the table with a price three times more than what I saw the day before. The manager was called, he found the sign with the lower price but he decided not to honor the lower price I have seen the day before. We needed a couch and an arm chair and I feel like seeing everything in person and sitting on them is pretty important. My only annoyance is once we picked our couch, a bunch of the fabrics that we were interested in were out of stock with "no idea when they will stock back in". Like what? A bit disappointing. Greetings. NEVER SHOPPING LIVING SPACES AGAIN and I have purchased from them before but left with my furniture. Drove 26 miles to Living Spaces to buy a new Queen bed with a lift frame and set up the delivery for Thursday (2 days away). OMW home I realized I couldn't do that day so I tried to get ahold of them to change it to Sunday, which they offered in my area. Could not reach anyone until 8:00 a.m. and then it was the delivery center. She told me there would be a date change fee - Never disclosed, and the fact that I have just placed the order at 6pm the day before there was not 48 hours to make the change. Then I said cancel the order. She said there was a restocking fee - Also never disclosed. AND in order to cancel I had to drive 28 miles to go to Living Spaces to cancel. So I did. They DO NOT have a telephone number for each store; they are rude and inflexible to customer needs. It was obvious I just placed the order, and it is absolutely impossible to make contact with anyone. The manager didn't try and save the sale, and when I asked for the corporate contact number she said it was online, but it was the same number that doesn't give you the information you need. I ordered a table set with four chairs, delivery and assembly. I got rid of my old table and sat home half the day waiting. Table and three chairs assembled, but fourth chair had been damaged during delivery so guy said they'd bring a replacement. Store said instead they'd take everything back. Now I got nothing and the refund takes five days. I need to reorder and start from the beginning plus spend a day home waiting for delivery. Only thing offered was a refund...yeah cuz they took the table. No discount, free delivery, nothing for my trouble. The WORST customer service and scam. I was advised by the salesman that I needed a certain size box spring for the bed. When it arrived, of course it didn't fit on the bed and asked for a return- charging me a 10% restocking fee. Someone reached out and asked if I wanted to exchange it for another smaller box spring. I said NO...days later I get a confirmation that an order was placed using my credit card from the previous purchase for the smaller box spring and customer service said they can refund me store credit for an order I never placed???? It took me hours of different customer service to finally get a refund. AVOID this place- it's a shame as they have a great selection. read more

I bought a $400 bed last year and it came in with mold. I contacted living space and they told me to go online and pick another one because they didn't have the same one. I picked another one and it was way less than the one I picked. I was told that I have a STORE CREDIT that I can use on my next purchase AT ANYTIME. Today I called to ask for the amount again so I can use it on my new purchase for a dinning room and was told that I don't have any credit. I had a warranty for a year and it expired in july! How???? How is it that I paid more on a defected product and got a cheaper replacement and didn't receive my remaining balance and was promised a credit and then was told it's a warranty replacement ?! THIS REVIEW IS FOR PARENTS considering dropping their kids in the 'Kids Spaces' play area. This was my very first visit to Living Spaces. As I approached the kids area with my 4 year old son (and while holding my 10month old daughter) the (dark haired) attendant took one look at my son while signing the person in front of me in, and asked me "just one?" to which I responded "yes" then proceeded to tell me with an attitude "he can't come in" to which I asked "why?". She said "he's too small"... I looked at her confused, looked up at the guidelines displayed on the wall behind her, and held up 4 fingers. Then she asked with an attitude "how old is he?" I said "4" to which she huffed "okay" while rolling her eyes... Needless to say I chose NOT to leave my son in the care of this person. We felt very unwelcome right out the gate. We did enjoy the car cart the kids were able to ride in while I checked out the inventory (which looks really nice). I was in the market for purchasing new furniture for my son but I didn't receive any offer for help from anyone else (which I didn't necessarily mind). The experience as a whole was a little disappointing. I did not end up purchasing anything so this is strictly a customer service review. read more

I personally had a negative experience with Living spaces for the last two weeks. Show room employees were nice and helpful, delivery men were understanding and polite as well. My complaint directed to poor customer service, people from another country on the phone were neither helpful or able to solve an issue promptly. Such a waste of time being on the phone to get bedroom furniture to be set up. BEWARE of worst customer service ever! We have had the wrong bed sitting in our living room for 2 weeks now with no accountability from management in Pflugerville and no returned calls as promised multiple times while the following has taken place: - 3 unreturned calls to corporate where a ticket was made per the policy. No way to contact the store as they don't have a number to call; - on the last call we were told they tried to call us the first day, (incorrect. I have no missed calls, phone by my side all day and no voicemail) they also said the second ticket was "made incorrectly" and the only way for us to resolve is to go into the store; - 2nd trip to the store on the other side of town where Manager took us to Synova at the Cashier desk and then disappeared. We were told it would be corrected and we would be contacted with a delivery date; - 3rd trip to the store after we waited a week with no call. Delivery is miraculously set up by the cashier for that weekend; - Yesterday, a delivery team showed up to pick up the incorrect bed but knew nothing about delivering the correct bed to us. I refused to let them have the bed until they came back with our bed; - The delivery team sits in my driveway while they call Carrie in "Mission Control." After two conversations with her, she tells me we WILL get the correcr bed delivered between 6pm and MIDNIGHT! It's a Sunday night but I'll wait up if it means this fiasco is finally over; - Waited up until midnight. no call and no bed; and finally - Even if they had given us the correct bed, they didn't give us the metal bed rails for our boxspring to sit on so it would still be sitting in our living room unable to be used. read more

I ordered a couch at the beginning of March this year. It was delivered April 10 a little over a month later cover seams are coming apart on two of the cushions because they were poorly sewn. I started the process in May, hoping for a swift resolution. It is toward the end of June. The issue is still not resolved. This companies did not follow through as promised. Their practices are inefficient and they need to take this product back. I will Never buy from them again and I will make Tell everyone to NOT order from Living Spaces. Find a problematic that I cannot reach out to someone at the actual store instead. I've had to explain the situation to a different person each and every time. I've called and when I called a week ago, they thought I was starting to claim process from the beginning and didn't see the process I had started in May. I got charged for a piece of furniture I didn't order and a delivery fee when I have the receipt showing my delivery was comped for the other furniture that I actually purchased. I tried to fight it with my credit card company through synchrony living Spaces and they denied me even though I absolutely never bought that furniture (a footer for my bed) and I have actual paper copy proof that they told me the delivery was free.
