Despite hours and hours of my time on the phone over 4 phone calls to fix the issue, Pinnacle says "it's under review" but still does not recognize the insurer payments or EOBs and will not even allow me to send them the EOBs (I have copies and offered 4 times to send them in case they can't find them). They continue to send me harassing invoices claiming I owe amounts I don't owe because they were reduced by my insurer and FULLY paid by my insurer. It's absolutely ridiculous.
