(Not many people can say that!) they recently added onto their office making 3 new rooms to help patients. Equipped with TVs in every room! I can keep watching my Netflix shows while I get my teeth cleaned!! ;) Prices are good, they take many different insurances and are always willing to answer questions. Dr. Norman does general dentistry, ortho, endo, implants, etc. Due to Covid-19, the waiting room is closed. They have been screening their patients & taking temperatures upon arrival. They made me feel like I was already part of the community the moment I walked through their door. I knew I needed a crown and that the scheduling would be tight. They under-promised and boy did they over-deliver! Never had any problems with my temporary and that's a first for me. The whole process was complete the day before I was scheduled to leave. I took a chance on Elk Ridge Dental and they fit me in for a cleaning and xrays for the following day. Okay, it's off season but I was thrilled. They not only did an excellent job but offered me a discount they haven't offered in the paper for a month . They are good at what they do and are not afraid to refer you to someone else if they feel that a specialist is required. Recently he referred us to an office in Pocatello so our kids could see a pediatric dentist to help with their special needs. He has pulled one of my molars and I was pretty comfortable the whole time. I still have fillings from 4 years ago that I haven't had any issues with. They even have TV's with satellite setup to take your mind off of your time in the chair, you can even choose what you want to watch. Overall, they want to keep you comfortable and try to treat you right the entire time you are there and for as long as you are their patients.
