But I have a different situation and for some reason I am getting sent to a different Doctor. When I called to explain that it was my foot that was the problem they set an appointment with a Dr that does shoulders, hips and knees and had to reschedule so I had to wait another 6 ot 8 weeks. They set me up with another Doctor that didn't deal with the foot and I get a call telling me they had to change my appointment by then I was frustrated and the lady had the nerve to tell me not to yell at her. I said if I was yelling she would know. So my appointment got reset and what happened? I got sent to a PA of a Doctor who doesn't deal with the foot. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to see a Doctor who deals with the foot. I don't understand why they can't get it together.

Backtracking where we have been I just called the Mayfield office and was informed that they threw it away on Friday. Seriously? 24hours and they throw it away. Couldn't check with the customers that had been in the office Thursday?! Clearly either they actually threw away a customer's property or one of the staff decided they wanted it.
