Giving it two starts because of location, and modern payment/check-in process. We had a party of…read morethree; two of us got gel mani/reg pedi, and the other one a haircut and highlights. It seems to me that hair services is their forte. No big issues there outside of the wait time (even with reservations). The nail techs were nice but, unfortunately, the polish chipped within two days. On top of that, they cut our cuticles so sharp that we bled on multiple fingers. After we contacted them via IG to let them know, they did not respond which is super disappointing. As soon as we got home we put on triple-antibiotic to avoid an infection. It hurt for multiple days after that. I have to say they do a good job at cleaning in between clients but what truly shocked me was the lack of gloves. I don't remember the last time I went to a nail salon and techs did not wear gloves (even pre-covid). Also, my sister's tech was wearing a loose mask and her nose was uncovered most of the time. That's a big no-no. They did however, have pexi-glass at their stations. Overall, the place is nice and esthetically appealing. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch. However, I would not recommend nail services because of the experience we had.
