I am a loyal IHG customer and this is the LAST TIME I will stay at this hotel! The service upon…read morecheck in was good. My room was normal, nothing extra about it (I am normally upgraded - not here) The hotel seemed "old" I woke up early to get a jump on my day. I turned on the shower and brown flowed out. I called the front desk and was told "I am sorry about that". I decided to wait a couple hours to see if the water issue would clear up. No such luck! Still brown and gross! I washed up in the sink, packed and checked out. I told the front desk and they asked why I was not told they had plumbing repairs completed a couple days before I arrived. (Why would I be told that?) I asked if there was anything they could do about this, they credited me $50.00. So I stayed for about $100.00 without a shower! Next time I will drive 100 miles to the next IHG property! I will not stay here again!
