This place is truly awesome!! I had "stoner lapped" my mod and all it would show on my screen was "no atomizer". I was panicking that something had happened internally to my mod. My wife and I were instantly greeted warmly by Skylar! I didn't know if it was the mod or tank and Skylar was kind enough to screw on his own tank to confirm it was indeed just the tank. Great place to go!! Vary helpful staff, wide selection. I left with a great filling. I try to quit smoking about a year before with other places. But when I left here with the right set up, and amazing juice. I haven't looked back. Been smoke free for 6 months. Even made it through my grandmother's death. Amazing stuff helped. It was a little over a month and the mod started to fire in my pocket without any buttons being pushed and it was locked. I made sure it was not my battery or something like that and it was sitting on the arm of my couch and fired off and wouldn't stop wasting an entire tank full of vape juice and the only way I could make it stop firing was to remove the battery. I bought this mod to replace the one I had forever and leaked and didn't have anything else to vape with so I called the shop and explained what was happening to a female employee and she told me it sounded like a chip issue and she would help me out but I needed to find the box the mod was sold to me in. I told her that it would take me just a bit because I just moved to find the box she assured me that if I had the box they could return the mod to the vendor and take care of me. I tore apart my house even called my mother to help me find the box. After about 2.5 hours of looking for the box I finally found it and was elated because I was told as long as I had the box they were going to be able to take care of me. I went to the shop and there was a male employee I had never dealt with and I told him who I spoke with and what she had told me and he said to me "well I have no clue what was said and was not told you would be coming in" my happiness diminished a bit he said he was going to call the female I spoke with he was on the phone with her for a bit and I was looking around the shop and didn't see another mod like mine so that worried me a bit. Then I noticed that the amount charged for the mod to me was not the price labeled on the box so there was another knock down. I offered to pay the difference between the broken mod and a 2 battery mod from the same vendor, even after being overcharged for the first mod. The employee then made 2 more phone calls and the entire situation went from yes we will take care of you and get you a new mod to they would not be able to do anything for me as it was passed their 7 day grace period!! I could not believe what I was hearing and asked for the owners name and number and the employee closed down and stated "I can't give out her number or name" and I stated that she was in the shop when I purchased the mod and endorsed the mod and reassured me that I would be very happy with the purchase! The employee finally gave me a business card with a number scratched out which I could still see and the owners name on it. I called and left messages for her to contact me and was never contacted. So this entire situation has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth and I will not be going back to Lizard Vape Lounge for any purchase and will not recommend this shop as 1. They overcharged me and didn't try to rectify that issue 2. One employee said she would help me and take care of me and in 3 phone calls by a new male employee it went from we can take care of you to well you can leave your mod and see if the main employee can fix it leaving me with nothing to vape with after spending almost 100$ and reassured by the owner that I would be very happy with my purchase to we can do nothing for you because it is passed the 7 day grace period!!! And I was still left without a mod to vape with! While this might sound silly to some this is a coping mechanism I have used to quit smoking cigarettes and use certain vape juices to calm my anxiety, panic and PTSD from my military service. So taking away something that has worked amazingly for me and leave me with nothing after spending my hard earned money at this shop left me frustrated, pissed off and just disgusted by the way I was treated! 3. Finally no call back from the main male employee or the owner to help me with this mod and the defective issue what so ever! I would not purchase anything from this vape shop since they don't back the product they sell especially when it is obviously a defect in the mod and the "I could care less to help you in any way and I guess you will need to spend more money if you want to vape while out guy takes a look at it" attitude just showed me that they don't care about their customers just the money as shown by overcharging me for the defective mod and not offering any return of money in that regard! we came from out of town and spent all of our monthly "cigarette" budget into new mods for my wife and I as an alternative to smoking. the lady who helped us was informative, and helped us set our stuff up before we left. as far as service, price, and the experience, it was all great. I have been smoking since I was twelve years old, going only a few days without a cigarette in all of those years. before I stepped foot into the lizard lounge, I was smoking a pack and a half, sometimes two packs a day. I have not had a cigarette in four days and it seems so easy now because I am vaping (and not crazy amounts either) I know this doesn't sound impressive, but I never thought I could even go four days without a smoke. My mother passed away at the young age of 54 from lung cancer- likely linked to her 40+ years of smoking. making it just four days without smoking is unreal to me. the staff at lizard lounge likely took this experience with me as a routine customer thing, but that interaction changed my life and I am forever grateful. I know that its not "advised" to call vaping an appropriate smoking cessation, but it damn well works- and I feel like a million bucks. thanks to the young lady that helped us. read more
