She spent around 15 minutes on each of us which she said was normal but I had recently gone to another lady who spent 45min checking hair - not the treatment. I don't know what I would have done without these amazing ladies. I called at 1:30 pm and they had me in by 2 pm. I got RJ for my daughter's first treatment, and Sarah, the owner, for her second treatment 5 days later. My daughter had it real bad and has very thick, crazy hair, so she needed two treatments. They were both very thorough. Each time they took about 1.5 hours to go through all the hair and make sure nothing else is left. Then they spray it and send you off with detailed instructions. They were both incredibly sweet, reassuring and put my 4 year old daughter and I at ease. Thankfully because of their thorough and excellent work, the lice are gone and I could not be more happy with their service. They are available by phone day or night, 24/hours a day and extremely patient even if you ask them the same question 5 times over. I would not go anywhere else! 5++++ stars!! read more

Totally recommend this place 100%! Checked my kids hair and found the dreaded "L" word. I drove to Lizzie's the very next day and she was able to get me in. My daughter was checked and treated and able to go back to school that day. She even gave us a certificate to provide to the school. Let's face it, kids get lice. And the stuff they sell at the drugstore is basically bug spray. I didn't want to put bug spray on my daughter (and didn't know where to start with the whole house cleaning, what do I need to wash, do I put stuffed animals in trash bags?) so I came here. The spray they use is a natural enzyme that doesn't smell like napalm and doesn't burn like it either, and it kills instantly. Thank god I found Lizzie's. I literally could not have done it alone! I found the lice the night prior and she got me in right away the next day! She even called me back with an earlier appointment time! I think she could tell I had the heebeejeebees galore and my anxiety was a 12/10.
