Just thinking about all the decisions we needed to make was overwhelming. Several years ago, Carol had made beautiful drapes for our Alma home. She had also decorated a downtown business in Alma that I happened to be visiting and I saw her there. It was so beautiful, and I knew she would be able to help with our cottage. Carol has a vast understanding of not just interior design, but she has the knowledge to advise and answer questions that included working with contractors, electricians, millwork, tilework, furniture, kitchen design.... she is a wealth of information. At one of our meetings, Carol, and her assistant Taylor, used computer software to help us visualize our space. We were able to decide on paint colors, furniture layout and much more. In the beginning, we thought we would just need Carol and her team for a few hours. But, due to the comprehensive project, we needed her expertise all the way to the very end. Great store and overall good experience. We were a little disappointed that after providing our…read moreroom dimensions that we came up short by 2 rolls. So we end up having to wait while our project is 90% complete. After contacting the store you would think that someone would go out of there way, or apologize but that didn't happen. It left us not feeling like we were treated right.
