been taking my car to llanishen mot centre for over 30 years, was called Babbage's all those years ago, never had bad experience. on one occasion car failed mot I was advised by Mr b, senior work would cost more than car worth which I greatly appreciated the honesty rather than just take cash for doing work. will definitely continue to use. read more

I wouldn't take my car there again, took it in for an air conditioning service in August. Dropped it off at 830 in the morning and when I finished work at 530 the car was only then being serviced, had to hang around for an age to get it finished. They then lied about a change of pollen filter, said that it was all recharged and the pollen filter was replaced but Air Conditioning started to stink again not long after first use. Took the pollen filter out and it was filthy, not changed or cleaned. Also very expensive, probably would have been better to go with a fast fit outlet such as Kwik Fit than these. I had my Kia Sportage MOT here today and I have to say they were amazing. The customer service was brilliant and they had my car back to me all fixed up within a few hours and I didn't even need to book it in!
