Had unpleasant surprises here. If a quick job is what your looking for this is probably not the place to start. First off the only reason i came here was bc they advertised to be open @ 7:30 am. I had to get a used tire for a quick fix on my car. When I arrived at 7:45 they were closed. Someone showed up after 7:50 and just said he worked there, the person that opens should be here any minute. So i waited and a little after 8 am someone arrived to open. Once they opened, they literally had a 11-12 yr old looking child getting their equipment out. Im all for teaching kids good work ethic but it was a school day. Is there a school he was suppose to be in? Plus the women that opened had him check a persons tire pressure, with no supervision. This kid literally working. Than an adult came to change my spare tire to a used tire. Once he took the rim out of my flat tire he had the young kid roll my old tire out to me with the woman saying in the back its an extra fee $ ON TOP of the $45 used tire to leave the old tire for them to dispose of or i can take it w me. I just stopped the kid and was like thanks but i can take the tire. In all, although they did have my tire size, there are better establishments I would've rather gone to. After spending $500 on new tires , technician recommended an alignment for my vehicle, I agreed but because they were about to close , we made an appointment for the following day , because I work office hours , it was hard for me to come early in the day so we made the appointment at 4:00pm . ( that would require me to get off my job early to make it on time ) I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, let the technician know I was there , (while he was working on another vehicle) kept waiting and waiting for 20 minutes and then I was told it would take him another 25 minutes to be done with the other vehicle he was working on. So I had to wait 45min when an appointment made at 4 o clock ? Talked to the person in charge at the time and then he proceeded to talk to his boss , that took another 10min , guy went back to the office , did not give me an update and apologized for the situation so I just left. It's just ridiculous how they made me waste my time , I understand the business still needs to make money and attend other customers before my appointment but they also need to work on their time management to make sure they finish on time for their scheduled appointments. Specially after I spent money on new tires and I was considering bringing my other vehicles for futures repairs or tires. (If you can't guarantee an appointment, don't make one ) . read more

I was stuck with a flat tire. So I put a temporary plug in the tire to get to the tire shop on a Sunday. 2 of the name brand places turned me away because of the temporary plug. These guys jumped right on it and got me back on the road. Now because of their great service. I will be putting on a complete set of new tires here next week. read more

Came in off the reviews... most tire shops are closed on Sundays, but they are open from 8-3pm...they were busy but handling each customer like clock work.. my back left tire was done, wires were coming out of it big time, the owner recommended I not drive with those tires as it could pop at any moment. They didn't have my tire since it's a hard size to get 285/30/19 but the owner loaned me a Pirelli while they ordered me new ones tomorrow. They were very friendly courteous and honest, everything your looking for in a tire shop! Every customer there was taken care of in a timely manner and all happy faces. Formula one type fitting at a rate that is hard to believe. They got me a price that was far better than I expected. On top of that, they balanced and mounted my tires within 20 minutes. Found this place on Yelp, When I was driving on a flat tire (Run Flat) for more than 50 miles! I pulled over on the freeway and found this shop was nearby. I am giving them four stars because I told the older gentleman upon my arrival if he had Run Flats and he said yes. He started the process of removing my tire and placing the new one, I noticed that the tire he was giving me wasn`t a run flat. He claimed I never mentioned that I needed a Run Flat... Aside from the "miscommunication" my experience here was nothing but pleasant. My used run flat was $40 and he was very helpful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Worst place ever don't come here unless you want your vehicle broken. Took my truck for an alignment they couldn't do an alignment properly because of the camber arm needed to be moved a little . So they charge me 120 to fix it which I was OK with it. Took it back the next couple days and yes they fixed it but got it back with the vsc light on and my blindspot monitor and my horn not working they said it will clear but didn't they could not fix it! Took it to Toyota or a diagnose and something was broken and Toyota is charging me 1,200 to fix it, for something this shop broke. Worst place ever read more

Bought a used tire here $40 and the tire was very very used. They didn't even top up my tires with air. I asked for tie rotation and they didn't. Sitting on the freeway now in the shoulder with a busted tire. Guess which tire was busted? Aaa guy said that the tire was previously patched so this was not at all what I was expecting. I would not buy a used tire or even new tires here. Going to go America's tires tomorrow and get new tires instead of taking a risk. Dangerous and I feel ripped off because I was not buying a patched tire. read more

WoW! My wife was on her way to an important meeting in Irvine and had a blow out on the 91. I chose this place based on the yelp reviews and they were spot on. I was on the phone with her the whole time, and from the time she pulled into the driveway to the time she left, it was literally 12 minutes. Another first for me today! First time in my life buying used tires. The 2 front tires on my old trusted 'work horse', a 2007 Camry with almost 200,000 miles, were getting bad, but this car just keeps going and going. Since i am looking to replace this car in the next 3 - 6 months, a friend suggested checking into getting good used tires. Via Yelp i found Yanteras Cervantes tires and saw all their positive ratings. For me too - 100% positive experience! The people are really nice. Mexican - fluent in English and Spanish. Not a fancy place. But better and quicker service then i have experienced in any of the 'NEW' tire places EVER! Very reasonable prices as well. The 2 new front tires i had put on the Camry look like new tires. And in and out very quickly, none of this long sitting around waiting! When i left, they mentioned that they are open 7 days a week. Will i return there for tires? Absolutely. Even for the Fiat - where i am prepared to spend some money. I drove here on a semi flat tire with 3 small children in the car. It was getting hot and very close to nap time. We were on our way home then BAM! I could tell I ran over something. When I got there the owner smiled nicely to calm me down and he and his crew worked on my tire immediately! In a blink of an eye he was done. He even checked my other tires at my request to see when I needed to come back for replacements. They are open Sundays too which is great!
