NIGHTMARE!!!! I…read moredropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation at the Rosarito location, they told me the car would have to stay for 3 days!!! I went to pick it up today and they did NOTHING, they didn't change the oil or anything! ALL they did was test drive my car and when doing so they damaged it (my bumper was damaged). They never called me nor did they apologize. One of the technicians was laughing, he thought this was funny. I also found later after bringing the car home that the jack brackets were still attached. They had hammered them in, this also caused damage to my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I WARN YOU!

I'm glad I stopped by his shop he truly went above and beyond. He even dropped me off at my hotel and picked me up the next day when my car was ready. When you meet Luis, you'll get the impression that he's a honest businessman and that proved to be true. Luis was responsive and always had answers to my questions, he always was open and explained why he was doing certain things. He responded whenever I messaged him. The shop did very good work on my car. It looks brand new now. They fixed a piece of siding, some window parts, my door and trunk latches, they painted parts and fix things on my behalf that I was not even expecting them to do. They finished earlier than I expected. They finished with an extremely good paint job with no problems or hiccups. They were cleaning parts of my car and my tires when I arrived. They asked me questions and provided me with exactly the services that I wanted. I am going to recommend Luis and his team to my friends and family and anyone else. Excellent and recommended experience!
