Divorce according to "sharia law" does not make sense. Divorce is NOT in accord with sharia law…read more Divorce is not even in accord with pagan law. People just try to get smart and describe the whole thing in English or a language. Even in English Law divorce is not in accord. No negative action, i.e. disassociative action is in accord with humanity itself. All laws natural and man made are there to harmonise society. The question is that of enjoyment of the gift of life. This right is equal to all on earth. All aboard and enjoy and please do not deprive another of his/her enjoyment because that then is against the presecription of Allah swt. How is it then possible to have one person judge another. The wisdom of marriage is limited to two people....at all times. The Husband and the Wife. Both must attend together , consent to an "impossible reconciliation" and incidentally there is no such thing in this world if we acknowledge the commandments of Allah swt. and this "sharia chief" for want of a better description should then take into consideration all measures possible NOT to allow the disassociation which was done under oath to Allah swt. Going against the prescription of Allah swt is the only sin. Breaking the oath and displaying impatience is the first step to disobeying Allah swt's prescription. The question is....is man capable of voiding an oath taken for Allah swt's prescription? The answer for believers , Muslims , Christians, Jews and the rest is the same. The answer is NO. Imams , Priests and Rabbiis are mere teachers of the faith like ordinary men who teach, perhaps like Mathematics and Science. The formula for water is H2O and the teacher can teach that but he cannot under any circumstances invent water or change it or express to what use it maybe put by an individual at any given time and in the ultimate decide whether the user benefited himself/herself or the enhancement of Allah swt's command. No one has a monopoly on Allah swt's word or will. Any attempt to bestow happiness: which in actually fact should be seen as taking away of factors from one's life which cause misery and these maybe caused by a very large number of reasons overspilling into the association of marriage, is a futile attempt on man's part. An issuance of a command of separation or dissociation is the first step to division of the home which makes the village which makes the town which makes the county which makes the country and the world and thereof the universe. People cannot be forgotten, good or bad and nor perhaps their actions or the effects of their actions . A very simple question arises here. Is it more likely that forgiveness will happen when the aggrieved parties are associative or is it more likely when they are apart? Sharia law is not a law of punishment as is the misconception of most people. Punishment is due when any law is broken. Perhaps someone can tell me , which law has been broken which deserves the punishment of separation and worse still if there are children involved and what law did these children break to deserve depravation of the love of one or other parent especially when some Imam convinces either party about the blameworthiness of the other. Justice.....by an Imam or a priest....Its an abhorrant act to decide for one and against the other. Sharia Council:::: What exactly is A Sharia Council? People sitting around discussing the intimate details of a married couple or is it something else? AND what do the scriptures say about discussing intimate details of a married couple or families in public? That is the extent of licence accorded to these so called Sharia Councillors. What law are they themselves breaking? A limited company registered in England and Wales working in a judicial capacity without any discretion has the gaul to pass judgement on the behaviour of husband and/or wife in the sanctity of marriage. People love to play God but that is a bigger sin than any in itself. The most the "Sharia Council" should do is to sit the couple down and read the Holy Quran to them and send them away to follow what The Holy Book says. After all that would be the reminder of the oath they had taken. Instead of divorce the couple would be married a second time round and have second chance to celebrate and perhaps even go away on a honeymoon. Whether the couple then follow it or not should be left to them. In this country we are fortunate enough to have proper agencies who can deal with criminal behaviour which is an extremely rare occurence amongst married couple unless outsiders interfere and one partner feels more powerful than the other as a result of "disruptive" support meted out by the "wise guys" . There is a lot more to be said about these "Councils" but for now this is more than enough for those concerned to make excuses and misquote verses from the Holy Quran to justify their actions. Man cannot do justice. Dont even try it.

In the world of internet cafes, this place is Otis Redding, classy, smooth, calming. You know how internet cafes can, at times, have a nitty-gritty, ultra-urban feel? The living space has none of this. In a sunny circular upper level, computers are arranged, sitting bright in the daylight. A atrium below holds a quaint cafe with surprisingly good (and fair trade) coffee. All this pizazz might lead you to believe that Hugh Grant has decided to become a Spanish guitar player, but as far as I know that's not true. It might also lead you to believe that I am destined for greatness, to which I'd respond, "gee thanks!" Lastly, it might lead you to believe that this place is expensive. Is it? You want to know, don't you. It's not. If ever you need a cafe or the internet or the two rolled into one, this place is a great place to go. If ever you need a face-lift, I don't know what to tell you. If ever you need a comic relief, please read my upcoming novel that's waiting to be written. If ever you think I have a bizarre sense of humor, you're right.

Everyone Far East as bricklane must have heard of Victoria park! If they haven't then I must…read moreenlighten briefly. It is a huge park, that if you were to traverse the outer path you'll have walked 5Km doing that one circuit. It was named in honour of our queen Victoria herself. It stands proudly in East London, underneath the fine borough of hackney and above tower hamlets! It's my favourite park in London, if not the world! It's not particularly crazy in design or has architectural or agricultural delights or even much elevation, however it's just perfect. On a fine sunny day, the park screams community, relaxation and escapism from the bustle of the city. I run around the park 2-3 times a week and never get tired of it. It makes me breath fresh air and the people there are lovely! Please go to the park and treat it some respect as it will certainly treat you with a wonderful experience, right back at ya!

Beautiful tree lined paths to walk down, lovely ponds and water features that attract wonderful wildlife, so many places to just...chill. Just about the only sizable park I know of east of The City. Tasty cafe's and shops to pop into on Lauriston Road after a nice walk in the park. Enjoy!
