This is a nice sizeable store, with lots of beauty counters and a very wide range of products. Having an advantage card is good as every time you go in you can check the machine and see if there are any offers for you. Sometimes there are freebies! They also do really good offers like 'till spits' where you spend over a fiver and get a £5 makeup voucher for free which is great as there is no minimum spend so it's essentially a free bit of makeup. Their food selection is quite good to, they do a lunch offer so if you are caught without food then you could do a lot worse than going in here. I've always found the staff to be excellent as well, really helpful.

We would also go to the pharmacy in Sainsburys down the road as everythings always in stock and you dont have to wait long! This is still the case to a certain extent, however the corporatist face of pharmaceutics has changed this and most chemists are profit orientated, faceless and unfriendly. Twilight UK Pharmacy is the exception. The company has two stores, one in Sparkhill and one in Kings Heath. The Kings Heath branch is new and does a great trade. The reason for this is because the people that own and work for the pharmacy actually care about their customers. They are knowledgeable professionals that take their customer's health very seriously. I have never waited for more than five minutes to have a prescription filled and have always been given good advice and guidance on medications that I have to take. They always have what I need in stock and if they don't then they will always have it filled for the next day.

When I was flu'd up to my eyeballs the shelf dedicated solely to types of Lemsip was helpful, if a little confusing. You can also pop in for a cold drink, make up, shampoo and hair accessories but really it is only a destination when you want hard (prescription) drugs. The writing all over the outside isn't very visually aesthetic for such a lovely corner of Poplar Road but at least you know what you can get even from metres away.

Staff are helpful, products are reasonably priced compared with other places and they have never been out of stock of what i have needed. Store is clean and parking outside store is great, better than other pharmacy places so i suppose this pharmacy does have many advantages. Overall not a bad thing to say about it.
