With it being a smaller store, they don't stock a lot of the items that you would find one of their regular city centre stores. This store is starting to look a bit dilapidated but on the whole is clean. On this occasion, I was looking for a lynx dry roll on. Not something out of the ordinary and maybe not a best seller, but on this occasion I was not successful. It wasn't simply a case of they had sold out, it was a case of they didn't actually stock it. After admitting defeat with the lynx, I went to chillers to buy a drink. I found the drink and went to the tills to pay. Considering the tills were next to the food and drink section, there was only 1 till open. Not good considering it was approaching lunch time. As a result of only having one till on, quite a queue had formed. There were two members of staff who were rearranging the shelves just opposite the tills. Surely they will help to get the queues down? Oh no, they just carried on. And the lady on the till never called for help once! After having enough of waiting, I took my drink to the pharmacy counter to pay where I quickly paid and left, all before the person in front of me in the first till queue had been served Very disappointed to say the least, I expect more from Boots
