There is very little seating area and the pharmacy closes early and is shut on Sundays and public holidays such as Bank holidays and Christmas,easter.

As well as medical needs, the store also caters for health and beauty with a wide range of haircare, bathing, dental, make up etc. They also sell a good selection of products for babies and young children, including toiletries, baby foods, bibs, beakers, etc. There are always gifts available in the form of gift sets, ornaments, toys and books. There are some seats available for people who wish to wait for prescritions and there is plenty of room for buggies and prams. There is a row of parking just outside the parade of shops which includes Paydens, but it is also very near to the shoppers car park.

You can buy most of your toiletries here and they have offers also. There is pushchair and wheelchair access as well as stairs to go inside. They also sell toys and other bulky items needed for babies such as changing mats and changing seats. The pharmacy also sells medicine for sore throats and colds and headaches just like a normal pharmacy. They have some cheap item under one pound like small kids combs and hair brushes.
