When you do eventually get served the staff are ok but not particularly friendly or helpful, they just want to deal with you as quickly as possible to get the queue down. There are also long queues at the desk where you make appointments and change your address details etc. The nearest branch to here is over 15 miles away so there isn't really an alternative. I try to do as much banking online etc to avoid the queues. saying this I have never had any problems from this branch.

There is disabled access and then the traditional sense of dark wood carries on in the banking hall but with a modern twist of glass and technology. Good, efficient service once they acknowledge that you are there. The staff certainly like to finish their business before getting anymore. All in all, an average banking experience. Nothing too spectacular but nothing drastic. I simply visit to pay money in and conduct no other business there mainly as I don't feel welcome enough.
