Let me start by saying this was not a normal phone call as I had a weird plumbing issue. I have smells coming out of my drains. I am not privy to how water heaters work nor do I have any experience in or around the topic. I began to call several companies to schedule a diagnosis many of them suggested different solutions. What stood out to me was when I called Luis he was the only one who had suggested I call the WH company for a possibility that it could have fallen under a recall. I thought to myself, well that odd, none of the companies had suggested this, their first suggestion was to replace the WH and pay them a pretty penny for it. Their seller mentality kicks in so fast when you seem like a damsel in distress. Not Luis.
