I unload two toddlers and another guy is trying to park my car and then says the charger is not working. I felt he was lying because he had 5 cars stacked in front of the charger and didn't feel like moving them. I was extremely upset because I had to load two children back into the car after a long drive into the city. Really annoying. I will never return to this garage.

Lack of customer service skills. Pretty rude staff…read more I bought a monthly pass, and was very specific at letting them know I did NOT need to use the car often, maybe once a week. Still a guy who works there told me the car was being moved around 20 times A DAY!! In order for them to get other cars out... This obviously occasionated some serious scratches on the front of my car. I tried to reach the manager who was supposed to be able to help, but it was completely pointless... He just told me the insurance did not cover bumpers... Really?? And guess what my monthly fee does not include new scratches! I of course took te car out of there and moved to a different garage, which so far has been way more accomodating and actually NICE! I am extremely dissapointed with tis parking garage and their careless attitud.

The ombre-like fogged up heavy duty glass windows, the overall shape and layering of the building itself, the architectural design/decor/lobby color-scheme and outdoor patio curated with flowers and foliage really make this one of the top office spaces in New York.
