I wasn't ready at the time but claimed to call him as soon as I was ready. I called the beginning of July ans he said he could have someone come out on July 3. Apparently they were very busy a d needed to reschedule. When he fi ally got back to me the next week asked if I was still interested. I said yes. Again he said someone would be out later that day but once again no one came. Again an apology and he said someone would be out on Friday and offered me 15% off the service. He called later that evening g and said they have just been running into obstacles and someone could be out Saturday. He texted to say the tech would be at my house around 1. At 1:30 he let me know they would not be able to make it. At that time, he offered to do it for free and he would be the one to clean them. I replied thst I was upset but thanked him for the offer and when would he be able to make it. This was Sunday and then again on Monday I reached out. He has yet to respond. I was looking forward to getting my gutters cleaned and possibly adding another service. Not sure how interested I am anymore. ​​​

I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. Requested a standard clean and got what I would call subpar service. Came on time and sent pictures…read morethat seemed fine, but when I was able to get to the house it was obvious they had vacuumed once over and then mopped just enough for the floors to be wet for pics. Not what I would have expected for the price. Maybe I should have sprung for the up charged service, but it had the services I needed in the standard. I guess they just don't do them as well in the standard cleaning package.
