Was driving by a work site in my neighborhood where this company was doing work for the expansion…read moreof Gulf Coast Village. The road is torn up because new sidewalks are being put in, so the road is narrow and has plastic sawhorses extending out another 2 feet or so. Another vehicle was coming up the street so I moved a bit more to the right so we could both pass, the side view mirror of my vehicle hit the plastic sawhorse & the side view mirror came off. I continued foward until I could pull over safely, crossed the street & picked up the sawhorse & mirror. Went to speak to the site manager & let him know what happened, & that I was concerned that it was dangerous. His response to me was " We've been working on this for a week & you're the only person that hit it. " It seems to me this company's concern is only about liability not safety. I asked the site supervisor for the name of a manager I could speak with. He gave me the number of the company so that I could speak with a secretary. I called up after work, and spoke to her, felt like she didn't want to let me know the name of anyone who could listen & check it out. Not only that, but she was 1 of the rudest people I've spoken to. If it were possible I would rate 0 stars for this company !
