This place is terrible. The waiter took our order and I asked for my chilaquiles with rice with a side of diced tomatoes and jalapeños. My order came out (descent sized portion)with hash browns, a side plate of round sliced tomato, and whole roasted jalapeños. I didn't mind the jalapeños but I thought they'd be sliced. No problem, sent the food back because I asked for rice. They send out a new plate and the new order was half the size of the original order, literally had 5 entire chips in the chilaquiles and three spoonfuls of rice. I started to eat it, a little disappointed at the portion size and low and behold a freakin HAIR in my food. Wow! I walked out the restaurant because my husband refused I send it back because it was embarrassing to send food back twice. He then sent it back for me. The food came out perfectly fine the THIRD TIME and it was descent sized portion. Overall the Food was really good. I was however surprised that the chilaquiles sauce is creme based but delicious (in case there's any lactose intolerant people like myself). I ate it all regardless and tried to make the best of it. The waiter was apologetic however didn't offer any discount whatsoever. Not that I wasn't looking to pay for my meal, I just think offering SOMETHING to the customer after TWICE having sent food back because it was UNSANITARY and INCORRECT would have been the proper thing to do. Showed up and waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. My party shows up and the young hostess finally takes my name. She said she would let me know the wait then walks away. She never comes back. An older woman walks by and asks if I've been helped. I tell her we were waiting on the wait time and she tells me 20 minutes. We say ok and I ask for a menu and if I can put in an order since I have to leave before everyone else. She gives us the menus and asks us to wait outside. After a couple minutes I come back in and Jose keeps walking past looking directly at me but does not greet or even acknowledge me. The young hostess comes back and I tell her I would like to put in my order. She says she has to ask. Jose who was standing behind her says they do not do that. I was told they did just five minutes prior. All 9 of us walked out and to our cars. Not a minute later our table was miraculously ready. We are never coming back to this place. Enough for every bite, and a nice delicate crisp on the outside of the crepe from the caramelization from the lemon butter sauce, but soft with every bite. Can't wait to try the rest of the crepes!! Went to this place for the first time last weekend. Was good. They don't have a lot of options but you get what you pay for.

The food took too long to come out. At least 2 other tables asked when their food was coming out. One lady said she has to be at work soon and can't keep waiting this long. I also needed to go to work soon. If that many people are asking then thats not a good sign. When my Chilaquiles with chicken arrived I noticed right away the sauce wasn't hot. Not just that but the cheese was just thrown on top last minute which made everything else colder. All that time waiting and I get a dish I felt was so quickly rushed last minute. The cold cheese also gave the meal a weird, inconsistent taste. We also ordered an iced coffee but it tasted sour so we sent it back. Overall a bad experience with poor service.
